Bio

I am a visual artist working across sculpture, installation, and object-based practices. My work explores the symbolic potential of found objects and situations. Drawing on a postmodern understanding of materiality, I am interested in how the physical qualities, histories, and cultural associations of materials actively shape meaning. Through association, humor, and irony, I construct narratives that emerge from the relationships between objects and their contexts. Alongside my artistic practice, I work in film scenography and prop-making, engaging with both conceptual and material approaches to image-making.
